Short term rentals, vacation rentals, and nightly rentals are all very familiar terms in the St. George, Utah area. The demand for these types of properties outnumber the actual inventory on hand. The main reason being that St. George has strict rules about these types of income properties. Homes in the listing class "Single Family" are not allowed to be used as a short term rental, even if they are owner occupied full-time.

SNOW CANYON STATE PARK - IVINS, UTAH

  Snow Canyon is named after early mormon settlers, and distant relatives, Erastus and Lorenzo Snow. Both men were prominent figures of the LDS church during the 1800's.
